NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 31, 2025, Kimberley Butchee was appointed as Administrator in this Estate and Letters of Administration were issued thereafter to Kimberly Butchee, as Administrator of the Estate of RODNEY L. BUTCHEE, Deceased, Case No. P-24-123235-E, by the District Court of Clark County, Nevada.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all creditors having claims against the deceased are required to file their claims with the Clerk of the Court, at the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, and to serve a copy of the claim upon the Administrator, Kimberly Butchee, c/o Raich Law PLLC, 2280 Pama Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119, within ninety (90) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice. All claims not filed within said period shall be forever barred.
