NOTICE OF AUCTION
PURSUANT TO NRS 108.380 – 108.420 TWI Group, Inc., a forwarding merchant, having received and held for more than 60-days a certain skid, shipped by Armored Republic, 17431 North Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix, Arizona 85023, and no person having come to call for said container and pay the freight and other just and reasonable charges in an amount of no less than $4,764.44, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE said container and its contents shall be sold to the highest bidder for cash, cashiers check, or money order, at public auction to be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at the law offices of Holland & Hart, LLP, 9555 Hillwood Drive, 2nd Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89134. The highest bidder shall make payment to TWI Group, Inc. at the conclusion of the auction.
