NOTICE OF SALE 2019 Q4 Clark County Surplus Land Auction Sale Unit 16 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Clark County, Nevada has adopted a Resolution of Intent to Sell Real Property at Public Auction ("Resolution") declaring its intent to sell one (1) parcel of vacant real property totaling ±6.01 acres, commonly described as Assessor's Parcel Number 177-30-204-006, generally located at the northeast corner of Pyle Ave. and Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada (the "Property"). Per Nevada Revised Statutes Section 244.282, the Resolution contains all terms and conditions of the sale of the Property. The minimum acceptable bid for the Property is Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,355,150). The Property will be sold during a 48-hour online auction starting November 5, 2019 and ending November 7, 2019. The Resolution may be obtained at Department of Real Property Management at the Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, 4th Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada, or by accessing Department of Aviation's website at: https://www.mccarran.com/Business/RealEstate/Auctions. The Resolution has been posted in three public places: (1) Clark County Government Center, First Floor, 500 S.
