Bonanza Road, Las Vegas NV 89110.

Bid documents will be available electronically beginning Wednesday July 9, 2025. Interested General Contractors shall email ca@ethosthree.com to request the digital bid documents. Phone call requests will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for printing the bidding documents and obtaining addenda and supplemental information. Bidding documents will not be issued to sub-bidders or suppliers.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site walk: Friday July 18, 2025 at 8:00 a.m., 3820 E. Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, NV 89110. Meet at ballfield behind the High School Building.

Sealed Bids will be received in person at Academica Nevada 6630 Surrey Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119, until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday July ,29 2025, then publicly opened and read aloud.
