Proposed Changes to Clark County Code
RE: Title 13, Chapter 13.04
The Clark County Board of Commissioners is proposing amendments to Clark County Code to amend Title 13, Chapter 13.04, Section 13.04.070 of the Clark County Code to correct clerical errors in Table 108.2.6(2) and Table 108.2.6(5) relating to gas quantity ranges and the standpipe permit fee.
The proposed amendments are clerical in nature and do not establish new fees or increase existing fee amounts. The proposed amendments address the following specific areas:
Section 13.04.070:
1) Correction of gas quantity ranges in Table 108.2.6(2); and
2) Correction of a transcription error affecting the standpipe permit fee in Table 108.2.6(5).
Prior to adoption of the proposed amendments, the Clark County Board of County Commissioners is required by NRS 237.080 to make a concerted effort to determine whether the proposed rule will impose a direct and significant economic burden upon a business or directly restrict the formation, operation or expansion of a business. Due to this, trade associations, owners and officers of businesses which are likely to be affected by this proposed rule, and any other interested persons are required to be notified and invited to submit comments, data, or arguments to the County regarding whether the proposed amendments would:
a) Impose a direct and significant economic burden upon a business; or
b) Directly restrict the formation, operation or expansion of a business.
Comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 19, 2026, by any of the following methods:
