Request for Subcontractor/Vendor Qualifications
Request for Subcontractor/Vendor qualifications from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including, but not limited to any or all MBE, WBE, and/or all DBEs for the Somerset Academy (Sky Pointe Campus) New Theater Addition project located in Las Vegas, Nevada. All interested subcontractors/vendors are invited to submit their qualifications for this project. Qualification forms can be obtained by emailing Robbie Jack at rjack@rocheconstructors.com. Short-listed firms will then be invited to bid on the project. The project will include the demolition of the existing site for the construction of a new 28,612 square foot two-story building that will house a theater, classrooms, and restrooms. Specific construction trades will include, but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, asphalt, utilities, landscaping/irrigation, synthetic turf, fencing, concrete, masonry, steel fabrication/erection, millwork, thermal protection, moisture protection, stucco, roofing, sheet-metal paneling, doors and hardware, specialty doors, aluminum-framed storefront, rough carpentry, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical treatments, flooring, paint, specialties, equipment, athletic equipment, playground equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, off-site school flashers, and low voltage systems. Qualifications from any interested subcontractors/vendors are due, and to be received no later than, Friday, February 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST and are to be submitted to Robbie Jack via email at rjack@rocheconstructors.com, or via fax at 970-356-3619, or hand delivered to Roche's Office at 7680 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 130, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
