Plans and specifications can be viewed and/or downloaded utilizing the 'Bid Advertisements' link located on the Nevada State Public Works Division website at (http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bid_Advertisements/).

BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS
All bidders submitting bids to the State Public Works Division must be qualified as bidders by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening.

BIDDER VENDOR REGISTRATION
Prior to award of Contract the successful bidder must have a current vendor registration with both the Nevada State Controller's Office and NEVADAePro. It is recommended that the prime bidding contractor meets these requirements as soon as possible since these registrations may take up to 30 days to process. Bids will be accepted during the registration period, but a contract cannot be executed until the registrations are complete.

CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE
The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $4,814,790

Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 16, T22S, R61E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the C1/4 corner of said Section 16 bears S 28 degrees 33 minutes 12 seconds E, a distance of 704.41 feet (approx. 2 miles SW from the intersection for Interstate 215 and Interstate 15, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
