TO THE DEFENDANT: A Civil Complaint has been filed by the Plaintiff against you for the relief set forth in the Amended Complaint; specifically, a cause of action for quiet title seeking a declaration and determination that Plaintiff's Deed of Trust is a secured interest against the Property as a valid, recorded security interest, in first priority position; a declaration and determination that the 1998 and 2001 Deeds of Trust recorded against title to the Property are void, of no force and effect, and must be removed from title to the Property, and that Defendants have no right, title or interest in the Property; and for any and all further relief deemed appropriate by the Court. 1. If you intend to defend this lawsuit, within 21 days after this Summons is served on you exclusive of the day of service, you must do the following: a. File with the Clerk of the Court, whose address is shown below, a formal written response to the Complaint in accordance with the rules of the Court, with the appropriate filing fee. b. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Clark County Water Reclamation District will hold a public hearing on May 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers in the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, to consider District Resolution 25-002, which adopts amendments to the District's Service Rules, changing the Rates and Charges. The District is proposing the following Service Rule changes:

1. SEPTAGE/CHEMICAL TOILET WASTE DISPOSAL FEE – An increase from 6 to 9 cents per gallon to the fee for septage and chemical toilet disposal.

2. FOGG INTERCEPTOR INSPECTION FEE – An increase from $100 to $125 to the fee for the inspection of a FOGG interceptor on a single parcel, and from $50 to $75 for the inspection of any additional FOGG interceptors on the same parcel.

3. HYDROMECHANICAL FOGG INTERCEPTOR APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE – The adoption of a fee of $1,000 for processing an application for a hydromechanical FOGG interceptor.

4. CAPACITY MAINTENANCE CHARGE – An increase from 30% to 80% for the capacity maintenance charge.

5. POINT OF CONNECTION PROCESSING FEE – The adoption of a $175 fee for processing point of connection requests.

6. PLAN REVIEW FEE – The adoption of a fee for plan review at the rate of $8.40 per foot of pipe.

7. CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION FEE – The adoption of a fee for construction inspection at the rate of $6.50 per foot of pipe.

8. POINT OF CONNECTION REGULATION CHANGES – A change to regulations that will now require a point of connection for single family residences.

9. HYDROMECHANICAL FOGG INTERCEPTOR REGULATION CHANGES – A change to regulations that will now allow for the use of hydromechanical FOGG interceptors under certain limited conditions.
