NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 28th day of May 2025 Sandy-Mesquite Valley Educational Foundation of Sandy Valley, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 0.0318 c.f.s., 15.45 a.f.a, of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 85202. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 32, T24S, R57E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 32 bears S 2 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 1,618.4 feet (approx. 1/3 of a mile NW of the intersection of North Hopi St and East Quartz Ave, Sandy Valley, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
