NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of March 2025 Joaquin Colon-Arellano and Oralia Carrillo of Las Vegas, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0163 c.f.s., 1.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 83056. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 27, T22S, R60E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/16 corner of Section 22, T22S, R60E, MDB&M bears N 29 degrees 4 minutes 42 seconds W, a distance of 2,501 feet (approx. 1/4 of a mile W of the intersection of West Landberg Ave. and South Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas, NV). Water will be used for domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 33, T19S, R60E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 33 bears N 40 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds W, a distance of 776.41 feet. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
