The State of Nevada Public Works Division (SPWD) is soliciting proposals from Construction Companies for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for CIP Project 25-C18. Project details are listed on our home page at http://publicworks.nv.gov/ under the "popular links" CMAR Selection. If you are unable to access the information via the internet, please contact our office at (775) 684-4141 and the documents will be provided to you.

All data submitted to SPWD becomes the property of the SPWD and will not be returned.

These Ordinances have been referred to a Regular Meeting of the Council for study and recommendation and a copy of said Ordinances has been filed with the City Clerk for general public scrutiny. The Regular Meeting to provide Council and the public the opportunity to discuss these Bills on February 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The Council will consider these Ordinances for adoption at the Regular Meeting of the City Council on February 17, 2026, and in any case will adopt or reject these Ordinances within 60 days after the date of publication.

Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 24, T23S, R60E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 24 bears S 14 degrees 33 minutes 41 seconds E, a distance of 925.94 feet (approx. 2.75 miles SW of State Route 146 and I-15, Las Vegas, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
