NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 2nd day of May 2025 Moapa Valley Water District of Logandale, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.92 c.f.s., 162.55 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 50724, Certificate 13382. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 7, T14S, R65E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 7 bears S 23 degrees 32 minutes 13 seconds E, a distance of 541.00 feet (approx. 12 miles SE from the intersection of SR168 and 93 in Moapa, Clark County, NV). Water will be used for municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 9, T14S, R65E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of Section 16, T14S, R65E, MDB&M bears S 2 degrees 44 minutes 22 seconds W, a distance of 3,491.30 feet. Water was used for industrial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
