Kaptyn Nevada, LLC d/b/a Kaptyn ("Seller/Kaptyn") filed two applications under Dockets 25-07007 for the sale and transfer of the authorities to provide charter limousine, airport transfer, and special services within Clark County, Nevada, and Counties contiguous thereto, under CPCN 1040, Sub 5, and 25-07008 for charter bus, airport transfer, and special services within the State of Nevada, under CPCN 2063, Sub 2, to Echo Nevada, LLC ("Buyer") and to revise county description. The applications may include tariff modifications.
Kaptyn Nevada, LLC d/b/a Presidential Limousine ("Seller/Kaptyn") filed two applications under Dockets 25-07009 for the sale and transfer of the authorities to provide charter limousine, and special services within Clark County, Nevada, under CPCN 1007, Sub 8, and 25-07010 for charter bus service within the State of Nevada, under CPCN 2119, Sub 4, to Echo Nevada, LLC ("Buyer"). The applications may include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority's office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority's regulations and must be filed on or before August 14, 2025.
