YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED to file with the Clerk of the above-entitled Court and serve on the Plaintiff, through Plaintiff's counsel, and also upon the above-named Defendants, a written statements of facts constituting their liens, including the dates and amounts thereof, within ten (10) days after last publication of this Notice.
The purpose of the mechanic's lien action is to recover the amount of Plaintiff's Mechanic's Liens, set forth above, that are duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, together with interests, costs, and attorney's fees which amount is now past due, owing and unpaid to Plaintiff, for materials provided by Plaintiff for the improvement of the above-described real property.
