The real property is located at 4623 S Monterey Cir #1, Las Vegas NV 89169, the legal description of which is as follows: Parcel I: Unit 1, building 5A, and Garage Unit 1, Building 5A, MONTEREY GRAND MANOR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT HOMES, as shown by map hereinafter referred: Parcel II: An undivided 1/140th interest in and to the common areas, MONTEREY GRAND MANOR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT HOMES, as the same is established in the plan recorded in the office of the recorder of Clark County, Nevada, in Book 15 of Plats, page 7, as Document No. 226882 as amended in Book 15, page 23, as Document No. 242818. More commonly known as 4623 S Monterey Cir #1, Las Vegas NV 89169 APN: 162-21-714-017 The real property described herein is hereafter referred to as the "Real Property." Bids or offers are invited for said property and must be made to the Administrator by and through the attorney for the Petitioner whose name, address, and telephone are listed above; at any time up to and including February 20, 2026.
