Request for Proposals due as follows
Procurement Package 5c due July 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM (PDT)
Procurement Package 5c (PP5c) Misc. Metals (Stairs Only), Exterior Framing, and Metal Panels scopes of work for A's Ballpark Project.
Mortenson | McCarthy Joint Venture an EOE/Affirmative Action/Minority/Female /Veteran/Disabled Employer is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Procurement Package 5c, including but not limited to Small Local Business Enterprise's (SLB) complying with the 2023 Southern Nevada Tourism Improvements Act (Senate Bill 1) requirements on the Major League Baseball Stadium Project. Only work listed above will be awarded at this time.
Subcontractors shall be properly authorized to conduct business in the State of Nevada and Clark County and be licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board pursuant to NRS Chapter 624, holding the proper subcategory of license for the work under NAC Chapter 624, and have a sufficient financial limit on their license of at least 125% of the estimate amount, prior to providing a response to this Request for Proposals.
In order to obtain access to the RFP, please e-mail Joan Valek at joan.valek@mortenson.com (763-287-5609) with the appropriate contact person, company name, e-mail address, phone number, address, and fax number. An Invitation to Bid will be sent via Building Connected where each company will be required to accept the Online Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement prior to gaining access to the RFP.
The non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on June 19th, 2025, at 2 PM (PDT). Please pre-register for the meeting at the link below. Once you have provided the requested information, you will be sent your personal login for the meeting. Procurement Package proposal responses are to be submitted via Building-Connected. E-mail or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Any questions regarding Procurement Package 5c should be directed to Julee Lemons via e-mail at julee.lemons@mmjvlva.com on or before June 27th, 2025, at 2:00 PM PDT
Proposals will be reviewed by Mortenson | McCarthy Joint Venture privately.
