Bid Deadline. Pursuant to NRS 338.1385, bids will be received via email at facilities@questlv.com, until Monday, March 23, 2026, 12:00 noon, and considered for the furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the remodel of: Quest Preparatory Academy – Tenant Improvement of Pre-K classroom.
Project. The Work consists of Tenant Improvement Remodel of a project area of 1,412 squarefoot, this is a 1 Story educational building located at 4025 N. Rancho Dr., Las Vegas NV 89130 in Clark County, Nevada, consisting of a demolition, new walls, (2) unisex restrooms and new finishes for Pre K classroom.
Licensing. Pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 qualified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B, or B2.
Bids: Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements will need to be met during construction, and all associated costs will need to be covered in the expenses. Expected project completion June 30, 2026. All bids to be submitted electronically to facilities@questlv.com.

Bid documents will also be available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, from RGS ReproGraphics Solutions, 6645 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89119, (702) 798-2055, beginning March 2, 2026, at the requestor's expense. Please contact RGS in advance to request copies.
Prebid Walk Thru. Qualified contractors intending to bid this project must attend the pre-bid walk, held on March 5, 2026, and start promptly at 9:00 am at Quest Preparatory Academy, 4025 N. Rancho Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89130. Late arrivals may not be deemed eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor.
