Soccer Field Turf Replacement Project
Doral Red Rock High School Campus
Doral Academy of Nevada is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing football field artificial turf at its Doral Red Rock High School campus located at 626 Cross Bridge Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89138.
The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing turf and infill, inspection and preparation of the existing base, installation of a new commercial-grade synthetic turf system suitable for soccer and multi-sport use, installation of infill, field striping and markings, and all related work necessary to complete the project.
Bidders must hold a valid Nevada contractor's license appropriate for this scope of work and must have demonstrated experience with similar K–12 or athletic field turf installations. Proof of insurance and project references will be required.
On behalf of Doral Academy of Nevada, sealed bids will be received by Academica Nevada, located at 2340 Corporate Cir., Henderson, NV 89074, until 3:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bid documents will be available beginning March 13, 2026, and will be provided electronically to interested contractors by contacting Gil Cuevas at gil.cuevas@academicanv.com.
Contractors intending to submit a proposal must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at 10 :30 a.m. on March 18, 2026, at the project site located at 626 Cross Bridge Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89138. Any bid received from a contractor that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will be returned unopened.
Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted no later than March 20, 2026.

Doral Academy of Nevada reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the school.
