Pursuant to NRS 338.1385 DORAL ACADEMY OF NEVADA is requesting bids from qualified bidders holding a valid Nevada Contractor's License, with a Classification of A, AB, for the furnishing of all labor and material to perform the construction of a new 2-story, 12,550 SF Theater Building located at the Doral Academy Red Rock Campus 636 Cross Bridge Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89138. This is a State of Nevada Prevailing Wage Rate Project.
Bids will be received by Doral Academy of Nevada at the office of Academica Nevada located at 6630 Surrey Street, Las Vegas, NV 89118, until 3:00 p.m. on February 19, 2026, which will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bid Documents will be available after January 19, 2026, and provided electronically to eligible General Contractors by emailing CA@ethosthree.com. Bid Documents will also be available from RGS ReproGraphics Solutions (702-798-2055) and Construction Notebook (702-876-8660) and can be obtained at the requestor's expense.
Contractors intending to bid on this project must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, at 10:00 a.m. January 29, 2026, DoralAcademy Red Rock Campus, 636 Crossbridge Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89138. Late arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a prime bidder, and any bid received from a contractor that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will be returned unopened.
