Pursuant to NRS 332.045: MATER ACADEMY OF NEVADA is requesting bids from qualified bidders holding a valid Nevada Contractor's License with Classifications of 'A-General Engineering', or 'AB-General Engineering and General Building', for the construction of a Locker Room at the Mater Academy East Campus located at 3900 E. Bonanza Road, Las Vegas NV 89110.
Bid documents will be available electronically beginning Wednesday July 9, 2025. Interested General Contractors shall email ca@ethosthree.com to request the digital bid documents. Phone call requests will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for printing the bidding documents and obtaining addenda and supplemental information. Bidding documents will not be issued to sub-bidders or suppliers.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site walk: Friday July 18, 2025 at 8:00 a.m., 3820 E. Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, NV 89110. Meet at ballfield behind the High School Building.
Sealed Bids will be received in person at Academica Nevada 6630 Surrey Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119, until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday July ,29 2025, then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Any bid received from a Bidder not attending the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will not be considered and returned to the Bidder unopened.
In accordance with NRS 332.065, Mater Academy of Nevada reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid which is deemed to be in their best interest.
Pursuant to NRS Section 338.030, this project is a Prevailing Wage Rate Project under the Clark County Region. PWP-CL-2025-478.
